Procurement & Finance Engineering Lead

Responsibilities

• Partner with IT, operations, and management teams to discuss solution architecture and procurement requirements
• Identify and implement process improvements and governance practices for financial accuracy
• Develop and maintain procurement and finance policies aligned with compliance standards
• Conduct regular reviews of contracts, renewals, and asset inventories
• Implement reporting structures and dashboards to provide visibility into spend and procurement activity
• Proactively recommend alternative solutions for mission and program problems

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years in procurement, finance operations, or vendor management
• Minimum 10 years in systems engineering, specifically as a Solutions Architect or Supply Chain Engineer
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering preferred
• Proficiency with Excel, SharePoint, and contract repositories
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end procurement processes and supplier negotiations
• Experience overseeing financial operations for cash and crypto transactions
• Ability to conduct analysis of alternatives for new technology and engineering solutions
• Experience with vendor system troubleshooting
