Procurement & Facilities Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, vendor evaluation, and negotiations
• Analyze quotations to ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers
• Track procurement requests and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Support day-to-day office administration and facilities operations
• Coordinate with facility management vendors for housekeeping, security, cafeteria, and maintenance
• Monitor office infrastructure and ensure timely resolution of facility-related issues
• Assist in workspace planning, seating arrangements, and office setup activities
• Ensure workplace compliance with health, safety, and company standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 3–4 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Administration, or Facilities Management
• Experience in vendor management and contract negotiations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in both IT and Non-IT procurement
• Knowledge of facilities operations and workplace management
• Proven ability in cost optimization and vendor negotiation
