Procurement Expert

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate supplier and article master data and support supplier integration initiatives.
• Check Material Requirements Planning (MRP) results, process supplier orders, and track deliveries to mitigate shortage risks.
• Ensure optimum stock levels for raw materials to prevent excess inventory and obsolete stock.
• Coordinate the ordering and timely delivery of new components to support technical changes.
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships through regular supplier performance reviews.
• Support plant stock-take and cycle counting processes to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Identify and escalate supply chain risks and opportunities for operational efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management.
• 3+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Material Planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Fluent in English with excellent professional communication and reporting skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including formulas, data analysis, and tracking tools.
• Strong understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) logic and inventory control.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with SAP systems.
