Procurement Data & Power BI Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of the Procurement analytics product portfolio, including vision, roadmap, and prioritization.
• Act as the lead Power BI developer, creating complex dashboards, measures, and advanced analytics.
• Design, govern, and optimize Procurement data models, semantic models, and data transformations.
• Drive AI and automation innovation by identifying use cases such as predictive insights and anomaly detection.
• Partner with IT and data engineering to ensure data quality, lineage, and governance.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership and mentor junior analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of business process improvement (Lean or Six Sigma) experience and 1 year of lead experience.
• OR Master's degree with 3 years of business process improvement experience and 1 year of lead experience.
• OR 8 years of business process improvement experience and 1 year of lead experience.
• Advanced Power BI development skills (DAX, Power Query, and performance optimization).
• Expertise in SQL and data transformation.
• Experience with Python coding and API connections.
• Knowledge of Agile Methodologies and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience owning enterprise-level dashboards and analytics products.
• Deep knowledge of Procurement data domains such as spend, suppliers, contracts, and sourcing.
• Proven ability to apply AI and advanced analytics within a business or procurement context.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
