Procurement Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end flow of materials from suppliers to production facilities
• Assist in purchase order follow-up, sourcing, and vendor relationship management
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess and implement best practices
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to align supply chain activities
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics and track shipments to resolve delays
• Maintain accurate records of supply chain activities, orders, and shipments
• Update supplier and item databases for procurement and compliance
• Identify and resolve supply chain disruptions and develop contingency plans
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or related roles preferred
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP and PivotTables
• Experience in inventory management and logistics coordination
• Understanding of procurement, purchase order management, and supply chain KPIs
• Basic understanding of import/export compliance and Incoterms
• Must be a "U.S. Person" as defined by U.S. law due to export-controlled information
