Procurement Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end purchase order lifecycle from requisition through to delivery and closure
• Resolve issues such as delivery delays, shortages, and invoice discrepancies through coordination with suppliers
• Support sourcing activities including RFQs, tendering, and framework agreements by preparing documentation
• Liaise with suppliers to confirm pricing, availability, specifications, and lead times
• Respond to procurement-related queries from internal teams and stakeholders
• Support supplier performance monitoring, spend analysis, and procurement reporting
• Maintain audit-ready records and ensure compliance with internal policies and UK procurement regulations

Requirements

• Previous experience in a procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or administrative role
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confident communication skills for working effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work a flexible and varying schedule based on business needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
