Procurement Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop local and international suppliers for Oil & Gas products and services
• Source alternate and backup suppliers to mitigate supply chain risks
• Conduct market research and maintain an updated supplier database
• Manage vendor pre-qualification and registration processes for ADNOC, NMDC, and Taqa
• Collect and verify supplier documentation including Trade Licenses, ISO, HSE, and ICV Certifications
• Issue RFQs, evaluate quotations, and prepare detailed comparison reports
• Coordinate technical clarifications with engineering and sales teams
• Ensure compliance with client technical, quality, and HSE requirements
• Support tendering and bid submissions
• Negotiate prices, lead times, and payment terms to identify cost-saving opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain
• Up to 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas procurement or trading
• Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas materials and supplier markets
• Experience with vendor registration processes, specifically ADNOC
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
• Strong numerical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Mandatory fluency in English
