Procurement Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Assist requesters on-site with the procurement process and framework contracts
• Support operational teams in structuring needs, competitive bidding, and receiving goods
• Guide local suppliers in using procurement tools
• Report discrepancies between purchase requests and framework contracts to buyers
• Validate purchase orders (under €25k non-framework and under €100k framework)
• Ensure compliance with Group procurement policies, ethical rules, and risk management
• Act as a liaison for site buyers to consolidate local needs and market knowledge
• Propose local, decarbonized, and inclusive purchasing strategies
• Implement local reporting and monitor supplier performance

Requirements

• Professional knowledge to understand and challenge requester needs
• Understanding of procurement rules, consignment procedures, and maintenance operating modes
• Ability to handle complex situations and provide solutions
• Proficiency with procurement tools such as Ariba, SAP, or Basware
• Ability to implement procedures while respecting Group procurement organization
• Capacity to perform diagnostics and act as an alert mechanism when necessary
