Procurement Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support procurement activities by gathering data and analyzing vendor quotes
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and maintain vendor profiles
• Assist in preparing and issuing Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Quotation (RFQ)
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand purchasing needs and timelines
• Help negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules
• Track purchase orders and monitor delivery timelines
• Maintain procurement records and ensure documentation is audit-ready
• Monitor spending and assist with reporting on procurement metrics
• Support vendor onboarding and performance evaluation processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain support
• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of contract terms and supplier sourcing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with ERP or procurement platforms is an asset
• Understanding of inventory control and warehouse operations is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
