Procurement Contracts Manager

Responsibilities

• Create key contract development deliverables for moderately complex agreements, including contracting plans and go-to-market approaches
• Draft agreements for negotiation, including bid sheets, risk assessments, and award documentation
• Ensure agreement compliance, controls, and utilization to achieve purchase-to-pay excellence
• Manage supplier relationships and resolve execution issues at the agreement level
• Provide market intelligence and feasibility feedback to support category strategy development
• Travel up to 10% as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Proven experience in Award/Risk Assessment and Controls/Compliance
• Proficiency navigating procurement systems such as Ariba and Docusign
