About the role
Responsibilities
- Create key contract development deliverables for moderately complex agreements, including contracting plans and go-to-market approaches
- Draft agreements for negotiation, including bid sheets, risk assessments, and award documentation
- Ensure agreement compliance, controls, and utilization to achieve purchase-to-pay excellence
- Manage supplier relationships and resolve execution issues at the agreement level
- Provide market intelligence and feasibility feedback to support category strategy development
- Travel up to 10% as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Proven experience in Award/Risk Assessment and Controls/Compliance
- Proficiency navigating procurement systems such as Ariba and Docusign
