Procurement Contract Manager

Responsibilities

• Draft and revise procurement templates, including Purchasing Agreements, NDAs, and Amendments
• Liaise with legal, finance, insurance, and export control departments to ensure compliance with international legislation
• Harmonize and simplify the contractual landscape across all Airbus divisions to increase efficiency
• Provide strategic advice and expert support to Commodity Managers during complex negotiations
• Manage contractual governance projects by defining policies and ensuring on-time delivery of new standards

Requirements

• Background in Law and/or Purchasing
• 3 to 5 years of experience in drafting and negotiating complex procurement or commercial contracts
• Proven project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
• Fluent English communication skills with the ability to deliver persuasive arguments to management
• Analytical mindset with a pragmatic approach to balancing contractual risks and business priorities
