Procurement Consulting Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of procurement and cost transformation engagements, ensuring high-quality outputs and managing engagement risks.
• Design and implement procurement target operating models, including organizational design, governance, and process optimization.
• Drive strategic sourcing and category strategy development across both direct and indirect spend.
• Lead cost reduction and value creation initiatives while balancing savings with service, risk, and sustainability objectives.
• Act as the primary day-to-day client lead, building senior relationships and facilitating executive decision-making sessions.
• Motivate, coach, and develop team members while coordinating tasks across high-performing project teams.
• Support the implementation of digital procurement solutions, including source-to-pay and contract lifecycle management tools.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in management consulting and/or industry procurement roles.
• Proven expertise in procurement strategy, transformational change, or target operating model design.
• Strong experience in strategic sourcing, category management, and business case development.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end source-to-pay processes.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and delivering complex, high-impact projects.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience facilitating senior-level workshops.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and rapidly master new categories or industries.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on commercial problem-solving and value creation.
