About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and deploy procurement strategies for construction, renovation, and retail store deployment projects
- Analyze spending and identify optimization levers regarding costs, quality, and timelines
- Manage complex tender processes (RFI, RFP, RFQ) for international retail projects
- Manage and develop the supplier panel for millwork, general contractors, and architecture firms
- Support project teams during new openings, renovations, and multi-site roll-outs
- Manage supplier relationships and secure contractual commitments
- Contribute to the structuring of procurement processes and the strategic roadmap
Requirements
- 6 to 10 years of experience in store planning, retail construction, or shopfitting
- Fluency in English (written and oral) is mandatory
- Expertise in physical retail procurement
- Proven experience in managing complex multi-site projects
- Ability to lead strategic tenders independently
- Strong understanding of retail CAPEX (costs, deadlines, quality)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
