Procurement Consultant – Store Planning & Retail Deployment

Responsibilities

• Define and deploy procurement strategies for construction, renovation, and retail store deployment projects
• Analyze spending and identify optimization levers regarding costs, quality, and timelines
• Manage complex tender processes (RFI, RFP, RFQ) for international retail projects
• Manage and develop the supplier panel for millwork, general contractors, and architecture firms
• Support project teams during new openings, renovations, and multi-site roll-outs
• Manage supplier relationships and secure contractual commitments
• Contribute to the structuring of procurement processes and the strategic roadmap

Requirements

• 6 to 10 years of experience in store planning, retail construction, or shopfitting
• Fluency in English (written and oral) is mandatory
• Expertise in physical retail procurement
• Proven experience in managing complex multi-site projects
• Ability to lead strategic tenders independently
• Strong understanding of retail CAPEX (costs, deadlines, quality)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
