About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and continuously enhance global learning and development programs, curricula, and competency frameworks for the Procurement organization.
- Analyze capability gaps and learning needs to develop strategic upskilling roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
- Select and implement effective learning methodologies, including e-learning, workshops, coaching, and learning management systems.
- Manage end-to-end global training initiatives, including project planning, budgeting, rollout coordination, and KPI measurement.
- Collaborate with Procurement leadership, HR Business Partners, and subject matter experts to drive workforce transformation.
- Support organizational change initiatives and knowledge transfer through targeted communication and mentoring.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Adult Education, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Significant professional experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Organizational Transformation.
- Proven track record in managing complex global projects and implementing capability-building initiatives.
- Expertise in instructional design, competency framework development, and adult learning methodologies.
- Knowledge of Procurement and Supply Chain processes is a strong advantage.
- Business-fluent German and English language skills.
