Procurement Consultant Retail Maintenance EMEA

Responsibilities

• Pilot procurement categories related to retail point-of-sale maintenance (multi-technical, general services, corrective and preventive maintenance)
• Analyze spending and identify optimization levers such as cost savings, supplier rationalization, and process improvement
• Structure and deploy procurement strategies adapted to a demanding international retail environment
• Manage supplier consultations (RFI/RFP), negotiate contractual terms, and monitor implementation
• Ensure supplier performance monitoring through KPIs, service quality, and SLA compliance
• Collaborate closely with internal teams including facility management, retail operations, and finance
• Contribute to the standardization of practices on an international scale

Requirements

• Higher education degree (Business School, Engineering, or equivalent)
• Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in indirect procurement, ideally in an international environment
• Expertise in maintenance procurement, facility management, or general services, ideally within retail or point-of-sale networks
• Strong mastery of procurement processes (spend analysis, sourcing, negotiation, contracting)
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects in a multicultural environment
• Fluency in English is mandatory for daily international exchanges
• Excellent analytical skills, service orientation, and interpersonal skills
