Procurement Consultant - Concrete

Responsibilities

• Analyze spending and identify optimization levers for concrete and associated materials
• Manage tender processes and negotiate framework agreements with suppliers
• Support stakeholders in continuous improvement initiatives (innovation, best practices, process optimization)
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with strategic suppliers
• Execute sourcing and consultations (RFI, RFP, etc.) and monitor contract execution
• Drive procurement performance indicators and ensure supply security regarding cost, quality, and deadlines

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Procurement, Supply Chain, or equivalent
• Deep knowledge of construction material procurement, ideally ready-mix concrete
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a demanding environment
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
