Procurement Category Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop, define, and implement comprehensive global category strategies for Corporate Services aligned with Group objectives.
• Lead the execution and roll-out of category strategies across various Maisons and regions through stakeholder engagement and influence.
• Drive value creation, cost reduction, and innovation through deep market knowledge and category expertise.
• Manage complex tenders, negotiations, and contract management for global and central agreements.
• Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify strategic partners and emerging suppliers.
• Implement strategic Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) programs and lead regular business reviews with critical suppliers.
• Build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to act as a trusted advisor on procurement best practices.
• Monitor category performance, track KPIs, and ensure compliance with internal policies and ethical guidelines.

Requirements

• 7+ years of procurement experience in a structured environment.
• Proven expertise in category management, specifically within Corporate Services (Security and Facilities Management experience is an advantage).
• Strong skills in RFP processes, complex negotiations, and contract management.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to translate data into actionable insights.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in procurement are a plus.
• Fluency in both English and French.
