Procurement Buyer

Responsibilities

• Lead service outsourcing negotiations for the Fab and supporting departments.
• Manage annual service outsourcing negotiations, including scope optimization, cost savings, and performance management.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Fab Engineering, Innovation, and Samsung HQ Procurement to meet customer needs.
• Set strategies for annual service outsourcing agreements, including contract type selection and service level coverage.
• Partner with Finance and Legal teams to mitigate risk, ensure compliance, and meet outsourcing goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in service outsourcing negotiations, specifically with sole source experience.
• 4+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Proficiency in SAP or a similar ERP system.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and the ability to analyze complex data for actionable insights.
• Detail-oriented and data-driven approach to process and system improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Professional certifications such as CPM, CPSM, or CPIM.
