Responsibilities
- Lead the entire procurement process for non-IT professional services categories
- Collect and challenge the needs of internal clients
- Develop and deploy procurement strategies adapted to each category
- Launch and manage tenders, consultations, and negotiations
- Select, contract, and monitor suppliers
- Ensure supplier performance monitoring and risk management
- Identify and implement levers for cost, quality, and lead time optimization
- Collaborate closely with business, legal, and financial teams
Requirements
- Master's degree in Procurement, Business, Engineering, or equivalent
- 8 to 10 years of experience in non-IT professional services procurement
- Strong mastery of sourcing, tendering, and negotiation techniques
- Proven experience across multiple categories (HR, Consulting, Finance, Marketing, etc.)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English is essential for international negotiations
