Procurement Brand Manager

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with R&D and CMC teams to ensure procurement feasibility for key raw materials, reagents, and equipment
• Provide supplier market intelligence and cost trend analysis for R&D projects
• Identify and mitigate supply and compliance risks during R&D and pilot stages
• Translate R&D requirements into category strategy inputs in coordination with global category managers
• Coordinate procurement activities across Zhuhai, Nantong, Shanghai, and headquarters
• Drive early supplier involvement and innovative procurement practices
• Act as a strategic interface for R&D procurement to ensure early-stage involvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or Supply Chain Management
• 8+ years of procurement experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
• Deep understanding of drug development processes, from Discovery through CMC and Clinical stages
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
• Proven ability to identify and mitigate R&D supply chain risks
• Experience supporting innovative supplier engagement and localization strategies
• Fluency in both English and Chinese to collaborate effectively with global teams
