Procurement Assistant

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs) to suppliers and subcontractors
• Follow up on quotation submissions and maintain an accurate supplier database
• Assist in the preparation of Purchase Orders (POs) and subcontract agreements
• Maintain organized procurement records, including quotations, delivery notes, and invoices
• Liaise with suppliers to confirm delivery schedules and update internal trackers
• Coordinate with site and store teams to ensure materials are received and documented correctly
• Assist in preparing price comparison sheets and cost summaries
• Support the finance department with invoice processing and payment tracking

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in procurement support or administration, specifically within the interior fit-out sector
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or Zoho
• Basic understanding of construction materials, fit-out components, and supply chain processes
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
