Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of the Procurement department through spend cube analysis, KPI definition, and TCO analysis
• Manage end-to-end procurement projects including RFI, RFP, and direct negotiations
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure policy compliance
• Support the implementation and maintenance of a Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) approach
• Handle daily operations including contract management tool updates and savings reporting
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Security departments
• Participate in integrating AI to automate recurring tasks and optimize productivity

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree (M1/M2) in Procurement
• Previous experience in a Procurement department, ideally in e-commerce or a start-up
• Available for a 1-2 year apprenticeship starting September 2026
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
• Fluent in French and English
• Strong interest in e-commerce and emerging technologies like AI
