Procurement and Supply Chain Director

Responsibilities

• Generate and send forecasts to vendors to ensure supply chain visibility
• Track supplier capacity and schedules to meet NPI and mass production needs
• Work with design teams for BoM and routing validation
• Develop analytical solutions and advanced models (predictive, machine learning, etc.) to solve complex supply chain problems
• Build dashboards and tools to enable data-based decision-making for leadership
• Utilize statistical analysis techniques to derive insights from large, complex datasets
• Collaborate with IT and Master Data teams to ensure high-quality data availability
• Drive continuous improvement across supply chain tools and processes
• Train analysts and super users on data tools and methodologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
• 7+ years of applicable experience in procurement and supply chain oversight
• Strong experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, VBA, or Python
• Proven experience in people management
• Proficiency in data engineering and advanced spreadsheet/visualization skills
• Ability to conduct root cause analysis and investigate complex issues
• Excellent communication and synthesis skills
