About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure the quality and fluidity of the procurement-to-pay cycle, from order to payment
- Reduce anomalies such as invoices without POs, payment discrepancies, and delays
- Structure and standardize procurement and accounts payable processes
- Implement performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to ERP projects
- Support the accounts payable team in their organization and harmonize practices with the Group
- Manage and secure supplier data and documentation to optimize the supplier portfolio
Requirements
- Higher education in Finance, Accounting, or Management
- Previous experience in accounts payable, audit, or process management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP tools
- Fluent in French
- Professional English is a plus
- Strong analytical skills, rigor, and ability to work autonomously in a transformative environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in internal control and risk prevention
- Previous exposure to large-scale process optimization or ERP implementation projects
