Procurement Analyst

Responsibilities

• Distribute engineering product definition data to the BCA supply base
• Maintain Keep Up To Date (KUTD) requirements and tools within enterprise distribution systems
• Ensure all supplier and partner data distribution complies with applicable export control regulations
• Maintain current supplier and partner information within Boeing distribution systems
• Coordinate with Procurement Agents, Supplier Quality, Export Compliance, and Customer Airline Support
• Ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to service level agreements
• Provide system support as needed

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Supplier Management or Supply Chain
• 1+ years of experience performing data analysis
• 1+ years of experience managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience working both independently and in team environments
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Boeing distribution systems such as ADADS/SPDM, REDARS, PDM, or ENOVIA
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Access)
• Ability to adapt quickly to new work structures, processes, and requirements
