Procurement Analyst

Responsibilities

• Measure key performance indicators and extract/analyze data from multiple sources
• Prepare detailed reports and review procurement and planning systems
• Review schedules and create plans or policies for the execution of procurement activities
• Coordinate schedule changes with procurement for contractual changes to purchase orders and supplier incorporation
• Document and participate in the implementation of lean improvements
• Communicate project objectives and activities to stakeholders

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices
• 3+ years of experience working with senior leaders and executives to communicate strategic plans
• 3+ years of experience communicating and collaborating with internal/external customers and all levels of leadership
• 3+ years of experience using strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree
• 5+ years of experience using strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• 3+ years of experience working in cross-functional teams
• 3+ years of experience managing projects and using standard project management tools
