Procurement Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor relations by working with representatives to place and track orders
• Provide customer service to Stantec employees through multiple communication mediums
• Organize and maintain electronic files and databases for document control
• Respond to quote requests and maintain internal documentation and catalogs
• Procure IT products and services following established management processes
• Assist with invoice processing in collaboration with the finance department
• Utilize the ServiceNow ticketing system to receive, track, and execute requests
• Manage assets for IT products and services
• Liaise with various internal Stantec teams

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with basic procurement skills and tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
• High attention to detail and ability to multi-task

Preferred Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field
• Experience with ServiceNow
• Knowledge of IT products
• Fluency in French
