About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage vendor relations by working with representatives to place and track orders
- Provide customer service to Stantec employees through multiple communication mediums
- Organize and maintain electronic files and databases for document control
- Respond to quote requests and maintain internal documentation and catalogs
- Procure IT products and services following established management processes
- Assist with invoice processing in collaboration with the finance department
- Utilize the ServiceNow ticketing system to receive, track, and execute requests
- Manage assets for IT products and services
- Liaise with various internal Stantec teams
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with basic procurement skills and tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
- High attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Preferred Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Knowledge of IT products
- Fluency in French
