Responsibilities

• Act as a consultant to Aid Agencies by verifying the compliance and completeness of procurement documents against specific guidelines.
• Execute procurement verification services and related special tasks for affiliates or clients.
• Review procurement processes for Official Development Assistance (ODA) loans regarding goods, works, and consultancy services.
• Prepare Procurement Documentary Verification reports using appropriate templates and guidelines from International Financing Institutions (IFIs).
• Conduct comparative studies between national procurement laws and international funding agency guidelines.
• Perform post-audit procurement reviews and develop analysis reports on country portfolio performance.
• Maintain proper filing of all procurement documents and correspondence in secure systems.
• Prepare technical materials for procurement trainings, seminars, and workshops.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Technology
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in compliance audit within public procurement
• Willingness to work in Makati
