Procurement Analyst

Responsibilities

• Issue purchase orders and collect supplier quotes
• Track open orders and maintain accurate supplier and pricing data
• Build reports to assist purchasing and planning decisions
• Coordinate with engineering, production, finance, and operations to ensure material availability
• Support supply chain data accuracy across hardware programs

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, operations, or data analysis
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, lookups, data cleanup)
• High attention to detail and strong follow through
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder)

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical or engineering background
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, Epicor, etc.)
• Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or hardware environments
• Familiarity with procurement workflows, lead times, and inventory data
• Exposure to BOMs, PLM systems, or engineering-driven product development
• Awareness of AS9100, ITAR/EAR, or regulated manufacturing environments
