Procurement Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to support sourcing and procurement strategies and track cost savings initiatives.
• Analyze global economic, geopolitical, and supply chain environments to assess and minimize risks.
• Perform weekly, monthly, and yearly metrics reporting on process innovation, cost savings, and procurement request status.
• Collaborate with internal departments including Accounting, Quality, Engineering, and Legal to provide commodity market analysis and create risk-minimizing vendor contracts.
• Support forecasting and cost analysis to enable data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a data-related or analytical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or project management.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proven hands-on experience with data analysis tools such as Python and SQL.
• Demonstrated ability to automate reporting and analyze large datasets to drive data-based proposals.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel up to 10% if required.
