Procurement Analyst

Responsibilities

• Create and monitor purchase orders (POs)
• Manage and resolve accounts payable (AP) issues and discrepancies
• Update and validate information within SAP systems
• Support month-end financial closing activities and data analysis
• Prepare performance reports and key indicators
• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure procurement process execution
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Professional degree in Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or related areas
• Hands-on experience working with SAP
• Intermediate or advanced proficiency in English
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, international environment
