Procurement Analyst II

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities including requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor coordination for IT and engineering assets
• Support acquisition planning and ensure alignment with program requirements and funding constraints
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Track procurement status, deliveries, and discrepancies using procurement or asset management systems
• Ensure compliance with DoD, Navy, and program procurement policies and procedures
• Maintain procurement documentation including contracts, purchase records, and audit trails
• Support lifecycle procurement activities including technology refresh, upgrades, and sustainment
• Assist with cost analysis, budgeting support, and procurement reporting
• Support audits, inspections, and compliance reviews related to procurement activities

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in procurement, acquisition, supply chain, or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field
• Experience with procurement processes, vendor management, and contract administration
• Familiarity with procurement systems and tools such as SAP or Deltek
• Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) or DoD procurement policies
• Eligibility to obtain a Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting DoD or Navy acquisition programs
• Familiarity with IT procurement and lifecycle asset acquisition
• Experience with cost analysis, budgeting, and financial tracking
• Relevant certifications such as CPSM or DAWIA Level I/II
