Procurement Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned product responsibilities including negotiating pricing, delivery, and business terms with suppliers
• Implement cost changes and follow operational controls to ensure accuracy
• Develop contingency plans for supply and optimize supply chains
• Identify and execute cost reduction initiatives and supply chain improvements
• Analyze account and product margin data to implement action plans
• Support Sourcing Managers through sales and purchase history analysis and feedstock database maintenance
• Support continuous improvement initiatives using AI, ERP, Power BI, and Excel
• Manage the Optiva system for the Corporate Procurement Team

Requirements

• Extremely strong computer skills with knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in technical/science, finance, or economics
• Prior experience in purchasing, business analysis, or systems management
