About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned product responsibilities including negotiating pricing, delivery, and business terms with suppliers
- Implement cost changes and follow operational controls to ensure accuracy
- Develop contingency plans for supply and optimize supply chains
- Identify and execute cost reduction initiatives and supply chain improvements
- Analyze account and product margin data to implement action plans
- Support Sourcing Managers through sales and purchase history analysis and feedstock database maintenance
- Support continuous improvement initiatives using AI, ERP, Power BI, and Excel
- Manage the Optiva system for the Corporate Procurement Team
Requirements
- Extremely strong computer skills with knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in technical/science, finance, or economics
- Prior experience in purchasing, business analysis, or systems management
