Procurement Analyst

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and evaluate solicitation documents
• Support pre-solicitation, award, and contract documentation
• Coordinate with vendors, program staff, fiscal staff, and oversight agencies
• Review bids, pricing, vendor responsibility, and past performance
• Ensure compliance with NYC procurement rules and applicable regulations
• Research preferred sources and conduct open market research
• Maintain procurement records, databases, and data entry tasks

Requirements

• Baccalaureate degree or equivalent education and experience
• Procurement, contract negotiation, or contract management experience
• Knowledge of procurement procedures and vendor evaluation
• Ability to analyze pricing, compliance, and responsibility factors
• Strong written documentation and database skills
