About the role
Responsibilities
- Draft solicitation specifications in a clear and concise manner
- Process purchase orders using various City systems
- Consult with various DYCD units to ensure correct goods and services are procured
- Follow appropriate procurement methods and rules
- Maintain and update procurement status reports and databases
- Process contracts to registration including responsibility determination
Requirements
- Baccalaureate degree and 6 months of professional procurement or contract management experience
- OR Associate degree and 18 months of professional procurement experience
- OR High school diploma and 2.5 years of professional procurement experience
- OR Equivalent combination of education and experience
