Procurement Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support Amazon Logistics (AMZL) procurement operations, including forecasting non-inventory products and managing inventory flow.
• Manage non-inventory receiving and perform cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
• Develop and maintain supplier scorecards and manage supplier KPI reporting.
• Create recurring metrics reports to measure, control, and benchmark procurement processes.
• Collaborate with Finance and Procurement Operations to track budgetary targets and measure actual vs. planned savings.
• Provide procurement guidance to site leadership to drive operational efficiencies and improvements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of procurement experience.
• 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office products and applications.
• Technical knowledge of industry-specific items, materials, and production processes.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with supply chain and finance teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of telecommunication technology experience.
• 1+ years of project coordination experience.
• Fluency in speaking, writing, and reading English.
