Procurement Agent

Responsibilities

• Develop procurement and supply chain solutions, strategies, and policies to support the structures organization
• Execute business goals to ensure on-time delivery and quality performance for supplier and organizational strategies
• Consult on proposal analyses and development strategies to increase production system stability
• Ensure compliance with all company procedures and regulatory requirements
• Provide training and mentoring to increase the knowledge base of the Structure Procurement Organization
• Develop organizational and supplier improvement plans to increase supplier quality performance

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management
• 2+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes
• 2+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
• Must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management or Procurement processes
• Proficiency in presenting to leadership
• Experience with work transfers and cross loads
