Procurement Agent

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier relationships and monitor performance using established metrics
• Support development programs to meet airline requests and airplane delivery schedules
• Oversee supply and demand, supplier quality, and financial performance
• Conduct risk, issue, and opportunity management to ensure program success
• Consult with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve supplier performance issues
• Implement supplier recovery and improvement activities and manage mitigation plans
• Partner with internal organizations to develop recommendations for seat offerability to customers
• Perform system transactions, data entry, and technical information presentation

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in project or program management
• 2+ years of experience in procurement and supply chain processes
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• 2+ years of experience with multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes
• Bachelor's Degree or higher, or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years of experience drafting, negotiating, and executing complex contracts and subcontracts
• 1+ years of experience creating and developing strategic plans
• 1+ years of experience in the aerospace or manufacturing industry
