Procurement Agent

Responsibilities

• Issue purchase orders in a timely manner and coordinate PO changes
• Communicate and follow up with suppliers regarding order status
• Resolve grievances and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
• Interpret contract terms and conditions
• Facilitate supplier and subcontractor business relationships and performance
• Utilize metrics and dashboards to ensure timely task completion
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline supply chain flows
• Develop and document process changes to support company goals

Requirements

• Experience in Procurement and/or Supply Chain
• Experience working in cross-functional teams
• Experience working with a procurement system
• Experience in working with suppliers and vendors
• Must meet US Person export control compliance requirements (US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
• Ability to work flexible hours, overtime, and occasional weekends when necessary

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience working with ERPLN
• Experience with strategic sourcing objectives and supply base optimization
• Experience in project leadership or management through all stages of the project life cycle
• Bachelor's degree or higher
