Procurement Agent

Responsibilities

• Integrate program, customer, product, and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation, and contracting strategies
• Execute negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements
• Conduct risk, issues, and opportunities management
• Manage supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery, and financial performance
• Initiate and execute supplier improvement activities and integrate results into contracting strategies

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain Processes
• 6+ years of experience in project and program management
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Ability to travel 20% domestically and internationally

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the deployment and administration of policies, procedures, and processes (for Level 4)
• 10+ years of experience managing supplier quality and delivery performance
• 10+ years of experience in Procurement and/or Contract Administration roles
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
