Procurement Agent

Responsibilities

• Identify and maintain delivery priorities for products, services, and data to ensure supplier contractual compliance
• Collaborate across functions including engineering, manufacturing, and field quality to report status and concerns
• Co-facilitate the development of supplier recovery plans and address unplanned demand requirements
• Identify supplier training needs regarding business practices, requirements interpretation, and technical skills
• Participate in on-site supplier assessments to evaluate capacity and capability to support Boeing procurement strategy
• Monitor supplier performance-to-plan and assess resource plans
• Identify and communicate opportunities to implement or improve business processes

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes
• 3+ years of experience in the deployment and administration of policies, procedures, and processes
• 3+ years of experience interacting with internal and external customers at all levels
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience working with production teams
• 3+ years of experience leading teams and prioritizing milestones
• 3+ years of experience with MS PowerPoint and Excel for data analysis and communication
• Experience in a strategic role
