Procurement Agent

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with suppliers, customers, internal stakeholders, and peers to gain rapport and drive collaboration.
• Work directly with supplier management and operations to resolve emergent production issues.
• Assist with the continuous review and analysis of demand and supply.
• Support sourcing strategies, negotiations, and the documentation of contracts and agreements.
• Proactively engage with various disciplines and program stakeholders to drive improvements and meet customer needs.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes.
• 2+ years of experience performing research and analysis on processes, applications, systems, and data.
• 2+ years of experience with business process modeling, process management, or process improvement methods.
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Everett, WA.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience driving execution within environments of evolving information.
• Ability to communicate change status and risk effectively to leadership.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP system implementations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Strong cross-functional integration skills.
