About the role
Responsibilities
- Create, upload, and track purchase orders and service orders using the Oracle system.
- Manage and control supplier invoices, ensuring all necessary supporting documentation is present for processing.
- Coordinate personnel logistics, including reservations for transport, flights, and hotels according to operational needs.
- Manage courier logistics and material shipments between Buenos Aires and Neuquén.
- Analyze current suppliers and research new options to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Maintain IT supplies and manage office warehouse inventory.
- Prepare weekly and monthly administrative reports and maintain digital and physical records.
- Manage office supplies and ensure the proper functioning of office facilities.
- Act as a backup for the Neuquén administrative staff to ensure operational continuity.
Requirements
- Advanced student or graduate in Logistics, International Trade (Comex), or related fields.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Experience working with the Oracle system.
