Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary analyst for company spending with a focus on reducing procurement costs
- Review, analyze, and approve all purchase requests and orders
- Lead negotiations with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process from sourcing to contract execution
- Verify receipt of goods and services and reconcile invoices against purchase orders
- Maintain and optimize the procurement system to track inventories
- Provide administrative support to the operations team and act as a departmental liaison
- Scribe during key meetings to ensure accurate documentation of action items
Requirements
- 2+ years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience preferred
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to improve vendor relationships
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret financial data
- Proficiency with procurement or inventory management systems
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work 5 days a week onsite in Fresno, CA
