Procurement Accelerated Development Program

Responsibilities

• Provide support for multiple categories of raw material direct spend
• Assist with maintaining departmental procurement components including inventory tracking, vendor management, and process issues
• Maintain various reports such as vendor lists, performance history, and price quotes
• Support procurement analytics initiatives including cost modeling and market analytics
• Drive analysis on purchasing opportunities regarding working capital improvements
• Assist with special projects involving data compilation, process reviews, and the development of detailed reports
• Gather and maintain supplier pricing and analyze the impact of price changes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business (finance, accounting, economics), operations, or supply chain from an accredited institution
• Minimum overall GPA of 2.8
• At least one year of experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to relocate to Brecksville, OH for the program and upon completion
• Legal authorization to work in the country of employment without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Internship or Co-op experience within Sherwin-Williams
• Previous Internship, Co-op, or work experience in a related field
• Experience working in a team-oriented setting
• Experience using Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) software
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau
