Procure to Pay Senior Accountant

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day tasks within the Procure to Pay (P2P) stream including Accounts Payable, Expense, and Procurement
• Identify invoice and purchase order discrepancies and offer solutions
• Resolve problems prohibiting timely invoice processing
• Respond to internal and external stakeholder inquiries regarding payments, travel, and expenses
• Coordinate with the R2R team to ensure AP transactions are reconciled with bank and cash management
• Prepare and review accruals, VAT reports, and other month-end P2P transactions
• Audit expense reports for compliance with company policies
• Assist in AP Subledger close and monthly KPI preparation

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Accounting or Finance
• Experience within a Shared Service Center (SSC) environment is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of accounting principles and administrative processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite
• Experience dealing with clients
