Procure to Pay Junior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Facilitate invoice processing in accordance with established key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Address internal and vendor inquiries promptly following defined protocols and Customer Experience (CX) guidelines
• Investigate and resolve outstanding invoices by following up with suppliers and internal requestors
• Collaborate with vendors and internal employees to settle complex payment and billing discrepancies
• Communicate proactively with cross-functional departments to mitigate issues affecting Accounts Payable operations
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase business efficiency
• Maintain strict adherence to company policies and compliance requirements

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable is preferred
• Knowledge of International Accounting Standards
• Proficiency with SAP and invoice processing tools
• Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1 level)
