Procure-to-Pay Analytics Co-op

Responsibilities

• Provide research and analytical support to the Reporting & Analytics team to identify trends and insights
• Create and enhance dashboards and reports to provide clarity on Procure-to-Pay performance
• Partner with the P2P Help Desk to analyze ticket categories and propose solutions to improve user experience
• Support Global Disbursement, Operations, and Center of Excellence teams to understand end-to-end processes
• Assist with project management efforts, including coordination with IT and internal business teams
• Support the Sky Oracle Fusion upgrade through project management activities and data conversion efforts

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree at Drexel University with a cooperative learning track
• Available to work 40 hours per week for 6 months (September 22, 2026 – March 26, 2027)
• Proficiency in Excel, including PivotTables and lookups
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday
• Basic SQL or experience with reporting tools
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
• Ability to report in-person to the Philadelphia, PA office

Preferred Qualifications

• Major in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Finance, Accounting, MIS, or Economics
• Experience with process mapping and documentation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
