Procure-to-Pay (Accounts Payable) Customer Support Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage Procure-to-Pay and Accounts Payable customer support operations
• Supervise and provide leadership to other supervisors and managers
• Influence key organizational decisions with significant impact on the department
• Communicate complex financial information effectively through verbal and written channels
• Perform extensive planning, problem-solving, and prioritization to meet budgetary objectives
• Negotiate and influence stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or related professional work
• Proven leadership experience with direct reports
• Experience working within a large, matrixed organizational structure

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a professional designation (CA, CMA)
• 10+ years of experience in Finance or Global Accounting Operations
• 3+ years of experience interacting with senior leadership (Senior Director level and above)
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role managing other managers
