Process/Project/Production Engineer 4

Responsibilities

• Lead the introduction of new products into manufacturing facilities and partner plants
• Support engineering and capital investment (CAPEX) projects by providing process expertise
• Identify, develop, and implement systems to optimize operational processes
• Drive the adoption of modern technologies to improve manufacturing performance
• Lead process improvement initiatives and troubleshoot equipment or product-related issues
• Mentor teams in structured problem-solving using statistical analysis and Lean Six Sigma
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, ESHA guidelines, and regulatory requirements
• Support sustainability initiatives related to waste, emissions, water, and energy consumption
• Participate in process safety activities, including hazard and risk assessments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar engineering role
• Basic understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and/or statistical analysis tools
• Experience in manufacturing environments, preferably within the chemical processing industry
